SENIOR MANAGEMENT:

• Harold Hoium, Director, President and CEO of Harbinger, is a co-founder of Harbinger and served as its President and CEO at inception in January 1992. Mr. Hoium has held several management positions at Dimensional Medicine (1983-1992), including Vice President OEM Programs, Vice President Workstation Operations, Director of Software, and Senior Software Engineer. Mr. Hoium founded Dynamic Graphics (1983-1987), and has held positions at Perkin Elmer Corporation (1979-1983), Control Data Corporation (1976-1979), and Honeywell (1973-1976). He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota (1991), and BA in Mathematics (1972) and Computer Science (1973) from Moorhead State University.

• Ole Henrik Eide, Director, is an experienced corporate manager with 29 years experience in health care industries and financial management. His experience includes work with both private and public companies and he has been a portfolio manager for health care stocks. He has also been involved in due diligence, acquisition and merger activities. He was a division manager of Diagnostics in Nycomed, an in vitro diagnostic company; a board member of NeoMed Innovation ASA, a Norwegian venture based fund; and Chairman of the Board of Scala, Inc., a software company concentrating in dynamic signage. Mr. Eide received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in 1976 from the Norwegian School of Management.

• Jim Knoblach, Vice Chairman, Director, first became involved in the medical products industry as an investor and manager at MediSense in 1983. Mr. Knoblach is an experienced entrepreneur and angel investor, having owned and managed numerous businesses over the past 25 years. He also served as a State Representative in the Minnesota Legislature, where he was Assistant Majority Leader and chaired the House Committee on Ways and Means. Mr. Knoblach holds a BS from Saint John's University in Economics and Business Administration (1979) and an MBA from Harvard (1981). He is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
