SENIOR MANAGEMENT:

• Harold Hoium, President and CSO of Harbinger, is a co-founder of Harbinger and served as its President and CEO at inception in January 1992. Mr. Hoium has held several management positions at Dimensional Medicine (1983-1992), including Vice President OEM Programs, Vice President Workstation Operations, Director of Software, and Senior Software Engineer. Mr. Hoium founded Dynamic Graphics (1983-1987), and has held positions at Perkin Elmer Corporation (1979-1983), Control Data Corporation (1976-1979), and Honeywell (1973-1976). He holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota (1991), and BA in Mathematics (1972) and Computer Science (1973) from Moorhead State University.

• John Erb, Director and Chief Executive Officer of Harbinger Medical, Inc. John Erb has over 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. Mr. Erb has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cardia Access, Inc., a medical device company focused on novel technologies for pacing the heart. In 2007 Mr. Erb was Executive Chairman of the Board for CHF Solutions, Inc., a medical device company involved in the treatment of congestive heart failure. From 2001 through 2006, Mr. Erb was Chief Executive Officer of CHF Solutions. From 1997 through 2001, Mr. Erb was President and Chief Executive Officer of IntraTherapeutics, Inc., a medical device company involved in the development, manufacturing and distribution of peripheral vascular stents. Previously, Mr. Erb was Vice President of Operations for Schneider Worldwide, a division of Pfizer, Inc. Mr. Erb spent 10 years with Johnson & Johnson’s Iolab Division and started his career with American Hospital Supply Corporation. Mr. Erb serves on the board of directors of four medical device companies, two public companies and two private companies. Mr. Erb has a bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University, Fullerton.
